Zhi Yu Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. is a private venture which is specially engaged in the production of powder metallurgical parts established by Mr. Jian Hao-Ding in 1994. Located on famous beautiful city－Changzhou, the company covers more than 15,000 square meters. Based on advanced production technology introduced from Japan, the company has about 60 molding equipments, 4 sintering furnaces and some modernization mould process equipments. With one hundred of employees, twenty technicians and an engineer with the high professional title, we have good development and research ability. From the establishment of the company, we have already developed about eight hundred kinds of different products of ferrous, copper-base, ferrous & copper-base, stainless steel, hydroxide-base alloy and mechanical structure parts. The products are widely used on the household electrical appliance, electric tools, foodstuff machinery, forestry machinery, micro-motor, internal-combustion engine and the parts of auto and motorcycle. Now our annual output can reach 150,000,000 pieces, and we have ability to make large-scale and urgent order. The company has won a high reputation among the customers to establish a long-term cooperation relationship with Wuxi Little Swan, Suzhou Samsung and Hangzhou Panasonic Groups.In recent years, the company has formed the characteristics of oil-impregnated bearing gradually and the production ideology of putting structural parts at leading position.
